About the Talent Acquisition Lead role

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for the business hiring needs across EMEA and AMERS and is accountable for the operational delivery of talent in these regions.

What you’ll do

• Manage, mentor and drive the performance of the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team
• Consult with leaders, internal stakeholders and the People team to lead the strategic hiring needs of the EMEA/AMERS region
• Build regional and technical knowledge on roles, skills and candidate pools to source the best talent to meet changing hiring requirements
