Talent Acquisition - Lead

Position Purpose

The Lead - Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the daily recruitment efforts for a variety of positions to meet the increased business demand of the Company. The Lead works hand in hand with the Site Director, Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Manager, Operations and other Managers to insure that Everise recruitment related goals are met. The Lead is expected to implement various sourcing strategies to screen resumes, interview and manage candidates through the selection process. The Lead helps ensure that Everise is an employer of choice by developing partnerships in the community and raising awareness of the company and job opportunities.

• Achieve recruitment goals by effectively managing a team of recruiters whose purpose is to develop a pool of qualified candidates to anticipate and fill open positions
