We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top talents and partnering with hiring managers to meet the organization’s workforce needs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition approval to onboarding, including resume screening, interview scheduling and coordination, and package negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through career fairs, recruitment campaigns, job boards, social media, and agencies.
