Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager (Special Projects)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (Special Projects) to support Owner-driven and strategic hiring needs, including confidential and high-impact roles. This role goes beyond routine recruitment and requires leadership, sound judgment, and excellent communication in working with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute direct recruitment mandates for Director, including senior leaders, trusted staff, and special project roles.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for confidential and non-routine hires.
• Translate implicit Principal needs into clear talent profiles.
• Proactively headhunt through trusted networks and referrals.
• Assess candidates holistically: leadership, integrity, communication, and cultural fit.
• Provide clear recommendations and communicate effectively with Owner and senior leadership.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and high execution standards.
