Job Summary

Seeking a Family Physician to take over a retiring physician’s panel of approximately 1,000 patients. The position is long‑term (greater than 8 weeks) with proposed dates from March 1, 2026 to March 3, 2027. It is full‑time and located at 555 West 12th Avenue, Suite 301, Vancouver, Canada. The clinic is a full‑scope family practice with 12 physicians, 8 medical office assistants, and a clinic manager.

Responsibilities

• Take over and manage a patient panel of approximately 1,000 patients.
• Provide primary care services both virtually and in person.
• Participate in the FPSC portal and offer longitudinal continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the existing team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic management.
