Tailoring Staff

Responsibilities

• Assist in taking customer measurements and understanding alteration needs.
• Perform garment alterations such as hemming, resizing, and repairs.
• Operate sewing machines and perform hand-stitching as needed.
• Handle fabric cutting, pattern adjustments, and fitting corrections.
• Ensure all tailoring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in pressing, folding, and packaging finished garments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction.
• Experience in tailoring or fashion-related work (preferred but not required).
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tailoring tasks.
