Main Accountabilities - Tasks

• Preparation of the Daily Program considering all the factors that can affect it (e.g.: weather, aircraft limitations and/or restrictions)
• To optimize the tail assignment.
• Coordination with Revenue and Scheduling fleet down‑granges and up‑granges in the short period.
• Coordination with AENA BCN for the stands assignments (First Wave)
• Coordination with MOC for tasks reassignment, re‑planning or to change aircraft night stop base for a better performance.
• Coordination with Crew Control to minimize, when possible, crew swaps to optimize the schedule and doing the adjustments needed for crew requirements.
• Coordination with Duty Manager and Operational Manager in case of any disruption affecting D+1.
