Tactical Coordinator (TACCO) Instructor (Evergreen)

Description

Delivery of the CQ-9B Tactical Coordinator (TACCO) course incorporating theory, synthetic and live flying phases.

Provide TACCO subject matter expertise (SME) support to the joint Pilot and Sensor Operator (SO) CQ-9B course.

Provide oral and written SME to other members of the CAE Mission Crew Instructor cadre.

Ensure delivered training is consistent with training objectives and teaching points in the training plan, per applicable training standards.

Deliver synthetic and live training using complex simulators and scenario generation systems, and the live aircraft.

Compile student sortie progress and course debrief reports.

Report instructional issues and deficiencies relative to the course delivery.

Work autonomously to tackle a broad scope of requirements for aircrew students and customer representatives.
