Tableting Supervisor
Location: Dallas, TX 75238
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Tableting Supervisor to oversee tablet press and coating operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading production employees, maintaining cGMP and quality compliance, and ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily tableting and coating operations.
Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company quality standards.
Assign daily work and monitor production goals.
Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate maintenance needs with the Maintenance department.
Train and develop employees on safety, procedures, and job duties.
