Position Summary

Purpose

  • Develops, implements, and manages the TA Projects Cost estimation and Control Plan. Tracks progress and forecasts of project costs against approved budget commitments. Overseas and develop integrated project progress, performance, and forecast reports.

    §The Cost Analyst (CA) will have cost ownership of multiple TA projects and will manage the cost related activities from TA project conception through closeout.

    §CA needs to understand Primavera, SAP, SMART GEP, and Maximo and their interfaces with the cost programs.

    §Develop the TA Projects cost estimation.

    §AFE preparation (GO-36’s and SIOP AFE Packages) in alignment with TATLs.

    §Review and provide capital vs. expense work classifications to the TATLs.
