- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and basic medical procedures within scope of practice.
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing and assist with diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
