Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

Essential Requirements:

• Matric Certificate.
• Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, IS or related field (preferred).
• Additional professional certifications highly desirable.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in IT.
• Experience in hybrid Exchange environments.
• Disaster recovery planning and testing experience.
• Endpoint management (Intune / RMM tools).
• Storage technologies (SAN/NAS).
• Security best practices & hardening.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with on-prem Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Backup technologies (Veeam preferred).

• VLAN configuration
• Layer 2/Layer 3 concepts
