Job Description
**Description:** You will be the Marietta Lab Lead for the Simulation & System Labs (SSL) organization on the Agile Drone Framework program. SSL is responsible for delivering high fidelity simulation and HWIL (Hardware-in-the-loop) test products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Agile Drone Framework Marietta Lab Lead, you will provide technical and team leadership for members of the Marietta lab team. The successful candidate will lead in an agile environment, effectively organizing and guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement to enhance overall team effectiveness.
