We are seeking a Systems Engineer Consultant to work in a customer-facing role supporting SWS/Navy programs. This position focuses on the initial stages of the Systems Engineering V model, which includes requirements and definition. The successful candidate will be embedded in the customer environment and is expected to operate as a trusted technical partner.
Responsibilities
+ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements, deliverables, and manage large-scale requirements sets across multiple programs.
+ Author and refine Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and detailed system documentation.
+ Support system decomposition, requirements traceability, and interface definition.
+ Collaborate directly with Navy/DoD stakeholders and communicate effectively at both technical and customer levels.
