Responsibilities:
Design, implement, test, and maintain critical infrastructure systems
Evaluate business applications and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency
Proactively identify and troubleshoot IT issues, developing practical solutions
Automate workflows to streamline processes and boost productivity
Collaborate effectively with various departments to support their technological needs
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Continuously refine business continuity plans to minimize downtime in case of disruptions
Requirements:
Experience in a relevant IT field In-depth understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Proven ability to manage Windows Server and Active Directory environments
Experience administering Office 365 and the MS Exchange messaging platform
