Role/Position Summary:
Thisrole plays a pivotal part in the development of complex softwareapplications across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. The roleinvolves guiding the design processes, detailed designspecifications, and ensuring that the development efforts align withthe organizational goals and industry practices. The role involvescollaboration with different leads and clients to oversee productdevelopment, managing source code repositories, and developing andmaintaining comprehensive technical documentation and high-leveltechnical support. This role is also expected to mentor and helpjunior and mid-level developers and contribute on fostering aculture of excellence and continuous improvement within thedevelopment team.
