This role bridges the gap between traditional Tier 2 support and Systems Administration, providing a unique opportunity for an ambitious IT professional to expand their infrastructure knowledge while maintaining strong customer engagement. The successful candidate will support a 500-user, multi-state organization operating across 10 locations with a hybrid workforce. This individual will provide advanced technical support, administer core Microsoft technologies, support modern endpoint management, participate in infrastructure projects, and assist with maintaining a secure, reliable, and highly available IT environment.
