Systems Administrator (Hybrid)
Position Overview
We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join a collaborative IT team responsible for supporting and modernizing a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure. This role combines day-to-day systems administration with infrastructure projects, cloud migration initiatives, and Tier 3 support. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, improving system reliability, and helping drive a cloud-first strategy.
Responsibilities
+ Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
+ Manage Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), hybrid identity, and user access.
+ Support Windows server infrastructure in both physical and virtual environments.
+ Maintain VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
