With minimal supervision, participates in the design, engineering, development, testing, operation, and maintenance of endpoint devices (laptop, workstation, mobile) and their corresponding management services in a global enterprise environment. A desired candidate will be able to define problems to solve in order to improve the security and usability of Client endpoint devices within established guidelines.
Essential Job Responsibilities
The engineer for this role will be responsible for providing technical support of MacOS endpoints and management of Client Engineering services to include but not limited: Jamf, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Code42 CrashPlan, Carbon Black Defense, MacOS operating systems and all supporting technologies.
