The Role

As a System Mainframe Support Squad Lead, you will manage and optimize z/OS and z/VM systems in enterprise mainframe environments. You ensure system availability, stability, and operational excellence while providing technical leadership within the support squad.

You oversee day‑to‑day support activities, proactively monitor performance, and guide the team in resolving complex technical issues. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you help ensure reliable service delivery and apply best practices across mission‑critical mainframe platforms.
