Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Technical Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer to deliver project within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare technical documentation, including detailed design document, deployment plan, migration plan, user manual, and customer workshop presentation.
- Design, implement, integrate, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and Integrated Security System (ISS), including Access Control System (ACS) and Video Management System (VMS).
- Perform system installation, configuration, testing, commissioning (T&C), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deploy, administer, and support enterprise platform and technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), Active Directory (AD), Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC), Microsoft SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance, Always on High Availability, Cisco and Alcatel‑Lucent Networking, Fortinet and PA firewalls, Endpoint security solutions.
