Promote system implementation and respond to second-party and third-party system audits.

Responsibilities and Authorities
- Organize, plan, implement, track, and verify the operation of various quality management systems in accordance with the company's system requirements.
- Maintain company quality system documents and quality records, including regular filing, organizing, and updating.
- Develop an annual internal audit plan and carry out internal audits according to the plan.
- Develop an annual management review plan and carry out management reviews according to the plan.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities identified in internal and external audits.
