Job Description:

• 1. System and Hardware Management:
• Support and manage various operating systems including Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu), Solaris, IBM AIX, and Oracle Linux.
• Manage system software and hardware such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, clustering solutions, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization platforms.
• 2. Incident and Problem Management:
• Respond to system incidents according to severity levels and meet service level requirements.
• Handle high-pressure situations, identify problems, and make quick decisions to resolve issues.
• Adhere to incident management workflows and procedures.
• 3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain and update system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), guidelines, and daily checklists.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on system performance, capacity planning, and incident analysis. <...
