Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced System Analyst with strong expertise in legacy Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics applications, preferably with hands-on experience in Ingram Micro's IMFirst platform.
• The ideal candidate will support business analysis, system analysis, production support, requirement documentation, issue triage, and coordination between business and technical teams across global time zones.
• Must have a solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows including inbound/outbound, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory adjustments, returns, and order fulfillment.
