Reporting to Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager, the role plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for hardware and software setup assisting with installation / deployment of laptops, printers and other IT equipment including resolving issues encountered by users.
- Point of contact between IT Departments of the company and the Business Divisions
- Responsible for supporting and co-ordinating IT-related administrative matters of the Division, including but not limited to: User Account Management, Regular reviews on user access and controls, and Annual DR Exercises
