Roles & Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of different operating systems, networks (LAN, WAN, firewalls) and databases
Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Applications, VPN, etc.
Familiar with system security, virtualization, data backup/recovery and patch management
Excellent communication and problem solving skills Certifications in MCSA/CCNA/Azure along with Network course will be an added advantage
