Role Overview

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and anticipate future issues across a wide range of platforms and services. You’ll work with some of the world’s largest clients, staying at the forefront of new technologies and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems data for clients and provide day‑to‑day solutions and security compliance.
• Oversee a queue of assignments, work directly with technicians, and prioritize tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
• Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with teams and stakeholders.
