Systems & Network Tech Specialist

The Systems & Network Tech Specialist is mainly responsible for IT in the user environment. Executes tasks to improve and support the environment of desktop PCs and laptops, provides specialized services such as supporting media for meetings, root cause analysis, and user requests, and manages IT facilities (security systems, printers, copiers).

Supports the management of IT suppliers for purchasing (requisitions) and/or installations, and administrative processes for invoice receipt and payment follow‑up.

Provides on‑site support for the Service Desk as needed.

Generates and executes proposals for continuous improvement projects (Kaizen).

• Executes services for desktop PCs and laptops and supervises standards (hardware, software, data locations, etc.)
• Distributes corporate image to PCs and laptops
• Supports users onsite and remotely to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
