Qualifications
- Answering internal and external phone calls on a multi-line phone within a switchboard for all three hospital sites
- Respond to inquiries through the physicians' answering service
- Maintain imminent changes on SPOK calendar for physicians and clinical staff
- Respond to all emergency codes and follow procedures
- Page/Text and or call physicians as required
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments / staff / patients
- Activate new pagers / swap existing pagers if damaged
- Documenting call transactions and codes
- Other related duties
