Overview
Are you calm under pressure, confident on the phone, and great with people? We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Helpdesk/Switchboard Operator to join our fast-paced communications team. You’ll be the crucial first point of contact for internal and external callers and play a key role.
What You’ll Do
- Operate a computer-based Switchboard system
- Handle All calls and requests
- Monitor and respond to alarms, including fire, trauma, and security alerts
- Maintain clear and accurate records
- Support with clerical / admin duties
- Work independently responding confidently to emergencies
What You’ll Need
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
