Swiss HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist

SPORTLUX is seeking an HR Executive to support the full employee lifecycle across our Swiss operations. The role covers HR administration, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, recruitment support, and policy compliance within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The successful candidate will manage records, coordinate payroll processes, and assist with HR projects across Switzerland, Italy, Dubai, and beyond. Fluency in English is required; Italian is highly preferred.
