Design and develop Windows drivers to optimize our in-house NPU.

Responsibilities
Develop Windows PCIe drivers for in-house NPUs
Optimize driver performance and troubleshoot issues
Build test applications and execute driver tests
Maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
BS/MS in CS, EE, or related fields (Recent/Expected Grads)
Strong C/C++ skills with system programming experience
Solid understanding of OS and Computer Architecture
Basic knowledge of HW/SW interfaces
Strong problem‐solving skills and passion for tech
Preferred Qualifications
Driver development experience (Windows WDF/KMDF/UMDF or Linux)
System optimization experience (Multithreading, Memory pools)
AI inference framework experience (ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, OpenVINO)
Knowledge of DL compilers (TVM, MLIR) or graph optimization
