Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on company strategy and long-term planning
- Build trusted relationships with the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders
- Develop long-range financial plans and evaluate investments across product innovation and omnichannel expansion
- Provide financial leadership across customer acquisition economics (CAC, LTV) and subscription performance
- Evaluate profitability across DTC, Amazon, marketplaces, retail, and wholesale channels
- Oversee FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting
- Coach, develop, and empower a high-performing finance team
