- Lead Metso's Grinding business line as Senior Vice President with profit and loss responsibility and accountability for global performance and growth.
- Manage and develop a global team of about 200 professionals and oversee product offering, research and development, delivery and commercialization of grinding solutions.
- Bring a strong track record from global industrial or mining companies with experience in strategy renewal, driving profitability, building customer relationships and a university degree in engineering, business or a related field.
- The role offers preferred locations in Perth, York, Espoo, Baden or Changsha, flexible hybrid working and compensation tied to a global incentive program plus wellbeing benefits.
