Sustaining Technician (Mexicali)

Family Description
Responsible for working on special assignments and development projects.
Works from developed test plans and written or verbal instructions.
Constructs, troubleshoots and tests prototype assemblies, as well as assists engineers in the development process and test phase of prototype systems.
Creates PCB design layouts using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools from schematic, net list, mechanical and additional engineering documents.
Creates all relevant fabrication and assembly documentation and tooling required to build the PCB and support manufacturing process engineers.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
Demonstrates ability to manage own workflow and priorities, proactively seeking advice from supervisor or more experienced team members.
Applies knowledge and experience to solve problems using relevant information sources.
Compiles reports and develops presentations.
