Sustaining Engineer Automotive

**MAIN OBJECTIVE.
**The Product Sustaining Engineer is responsible for, improve the Design For Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) and Design for Quality (DFQ) aspects of existing products at the product design level.Provide support to the operations production team to ensure that products are manufactured based on the intended functionality of the designSupport in the Implementation of new products/product transfer in order to achieve or improve the original objective of the product design.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Participate in the weekly safety meeting- Perform the weekly safety audit in order to detect and reduce the unsafe conditions and acts of the workplace.
- Comply with the internal regulations, policies and code of conduct of Human Resources.
- Troubleshoot product design related concerns in manufacturing and direct the corrective actions to address those concerns.
