Sushi Chef — Creative Leader in Fresh Sushi & Service

Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to lead the sushi section and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will prepare sushi rice, slice fish, and manage supplier orders while upholding health & safety standards.

The role requires prior sushi chef experience, strong supervisory abilities, creativity, and a commitment to outstanding service. This position is on-site at the Dubai Palm Jumeirah property.
