The Role.
GMC Utilities Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Surveyor. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting pre-condition and post-condition surveys of properties and public areas before and after construction works. This role involves assessing reinstatement areas, verifying surface conditions, and ensuring accurate documentation for payment submissions and road opening license (ROL) closures.
