We are seeking an experienced Survey CAD Technician to join our team and support the production of high-quality survey drawings and mapping deliverables. This role is heavily focused on preparing accurate survey documents from field-collected data for residential and small-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities
-Prepare detailed survey maps, plats, and drawings utilizing survey field data and existing project documentation.
-Produce a variety of survey deliverables, including:
-Lot Stakeout Surveys (typical 50' x 100' residential lots)
-Mortgage Surveys
-Topographic Surveys and Maps
-Elevation Certificates
-Boundary Surveys
-As-Built Surveys
-Interpret field notes, survey data, and legal descriptions to create precise CAD drawings.
-Work closely with survey crews and project teams to ensure accuracy and timely project completion.
