PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists department leader with the delegation of assignments, scheduling and staff training. Provides feedback during performance review process. Ensures surgery preference cards are completed accurately.
- Anticipates and plans routine care for the patient based on basic knowledge of surgical cases and anticipates some unexpected patient and surgeon needs.
