Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating and supervising the implementation of surface treatment processes (such as etching, passivation, oxidation, electrolytic polishing, etc.), ensuring that the quality of the produced products complies with the company's standards and requirements.
• Responsible for formulating and implementing surface treatment plans to ensure the execution of production plans.
• Responsible for managing and supervising the use and maintenance of surface treatment tools and equipment.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining relevant technical documents to improve the production process.
• Responsible for responding to the annual NADCAP audit and ensuring that the company complies with relevant regulations and policies.
• Responsible for communicating with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of the company's surface treatment processes.
