Responsible for managing human and material resources, driving continuous improvement in processes, increasing production standards, and reducing scrap. Promotes teamwork, manages training and employee motivation to achieve company objectives. Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, 5S standards, and delivers safety and hygiene awareness talks. Ensures personnel comply with manufacturing‑established methods to measure and control processes.

• Ensure that personnel assigned to each task, activity, and equipment (machinery) work according to safety guidelines and established methods and procedures.
• Organize production priorities based on actual vs. planned hours, and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
