About the role
We’re looking for a caring, patient and values‑driven Support Worker to join our friendly team in RG41. You’ll support two young gentlemen in their 30s who have cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and well‑managed epilepsy. Both lead active, sociable lives and enjoy being out in the community.
Support is provided 1:1 , with a strong focus on independence, dignity and positive engagement.
