Support Worker

We are looking for individuals who have previous experience supporting people with brain injuries, non-verbal communication needs, and behaviours that may challenge. You will be enthusiastic, resilient, and person-centred, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality support.

You will support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and complex care requirements, empowering them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
