We’re seeking calm and resourceful individuals to join our friendly team providing person‑centred care and support to tenants in Ulverston, helping them engage in everyday life and enjoy various activities. Positive communication and engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we provide learning disability/autism support to.
Responsibilities
- Work within a positive behaviour support framework, accepting responsibility and growing in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
- Follow agreed guidelines and work within a consistent, supportive team ethos.
