Job Description
Support Worker Contract £12.71 per hour. Contracted to 34 hours per week (alternate weekends). Bank (zero hours) also available. Day shifts and waking night shifts available. Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you will provide high quality, person centred support within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will support residents with daily routines, including personal care, mobility and mealtimes, helping to maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity at all times. You will respond sensitively to changing needs, contributing to a calm, stable and supportive environment.
