We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Limes Place based in Colne, BB8 9FB.

Limes Place offer flexible levels of support tailored to our residents, you will be supporting people aged 18 and over with assessed care needs. click here for further details about the service.

Salary: £13.12 per hour Hours: 28 or 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Supported Living you’ll be supporting adults on a person‑centered basis to live independently. You will support people with personal care, domestic tasks, medication assistance, daily living skills, social inclusion, paying bills and dealing with correspondence. Your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same.
