£13.59 per hour; sleep‑in shifts £60 per night; travel expenses paid 45p per mile.

What you’ll be doing
As a Support Worker you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and setting their own goals — from everyday decisions like what to wear, eat or do, to larger decisions about where to live, manage finances or take holidays.
You’ll empower people to follow through on these choices, including participation in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills.
