About the Role
As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will make a difference every day, supporting people to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice. You will support two individuals in their own bungalow in Hessle, assisting with activities such as going to the supermarket, park, bowling, cinema, community farm and more.
