Support Worker

About the Role

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. You will be supporting a vulnerable adult and providing support throughout the day and evening. This person is very independent and outgoing and loves to explore new things. 1:1 support between 8am and 10pm each day with no overnight support. Working part‑time, 14 hours per week with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support to the client from 8am to 10pm, ensuring safety and maintaining independence.
• Offer companionship, help with daily tasks and support during outings such as farm visits, swimming, pantos and dining out.
• Communicate effectively with the client, their family and the support team, maintaining accurate records.
• Behave reliably, honestly and maintain confidentiality.
